Lisa Ray Hennessy
Director

Born and educated in America, Lisa has over 20 years experience in operations and business strategy gained in Fortune 500 companies, including General Electric, and as a consultant with Bain & Co.

Lisa’s strengths lie in her extensive experience with developing long-term business plans, and growth strategies for business across many industries in both manufacturing and services sectors.

Lisa started her career in 1989 with General Electric (GE) in their core manufacturing businesses. She was selected to be part of GE’s Manufacturing Leadership Program where she held positions in operations management, planning and supplier management. Subsequent to that, she held senior management positions in supplier management and oversight for the integration of acquired and merged GE businesses.

Over the past 15 years, Lisa has held various roles in business strategy and acquisitions, in Europe and in the US. Lisa was a consultant with Bain & Co., a leading Global Strategy Consulting firm, based in London; Lisa also held senior positions in Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions at GE Financial and Del Monte Foods. During this time, she was instrumental in developing long-range growth strategies for several multinational consumer businesses. All of which, required and obtained board approval.

Lisa is a co-author of a case study which is used in the course “Running and Growing a Small Business” at Harvard Business School.

Lisa holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering (with Distinction) from Purdue University in the US.

Tammy a'Beckett
Director

Tammy has over 20 years experience in the legal and finance industry. Tammy’s strengths lie in her extensive experience in critically considering and advising companies on their legal and financing strategies for existing and new businesses, across a wide range of industries.

As a lawyer, Tammy began her professional career withCorrs Chambers Westgarth and Mallesons Stephen Jaques, leading Australian law firms, primarily focussed on banking and finance transactions. After joining Société Générale, an international investment bank as in-house legal counsel, Tammy moved into the project finance division which enabled her to focus on financing and structuring significant acquisitions and the development of new businesses for corporate and government clients. The transactions included both existing operational businesses and greenfield projects, usually acquired under a competitive bidding process.

Tammy had with the principal responsibility to manage and deliver corporate advisory and financing for key Australian and international based clients. This involved undertaking and managing the legal, financial and technical analysis of projects in accordance with the clients’ investment mandate.

Tammy holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (Hons) and a Bachelor Degree in Science from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.
